The dry cleaners refuses to give me my clothes back or refund my money after keeping my clothes past their service performance date. On July 8th at 8:31 AM, I dropped off 11 items to be dry cleaned. I paid in advance for the services. I was informed that the items would be ready for pickup by 7 PM the same day. When I returned, I was informed their machine had broke and they were unable to clean it (ok); however, they refused to return my clothes because they did not know where they were in the store. I requested my clothes back and my money but because a manager was not onsite they refused. I returned again on July 9th at 1:15 PM and again I was told the machine was broke, they didn't know where my clothes were and refused to look for them. The sales clerk said the manager was not available nor on site and that she would not give me my money back. I left my number to have the manager call me.Notwithstanding that I want my clothes back, but I want a refund of the money paid since the services were not rendered in a reasonable time. Desired SettlementI want my clothes back (it will still be too late since I have an interview and they have my suit). I want a refund of all money paid.
