I rented a home through this company, and through *** the 'property manager'. When I moved into the home there were no smoke detectors, or carbon monoxide detectors. The home had a broken door, holes in the walls, and appliances that did not work. *** noted all of these items and never fixed it. The home has mold in the walls and under the carpet that was just covered up by paint or 'new? flooring, making the tenants constantly sick. She began harassing, threatening, and driving by the house spying on me. She has tried to charge me for things that she has no business charging me for, and sending me emails after I repeatedly asked her not to contact me. This property manager is a fraud and is very unprofessional.
Other (requires explanation) I just want the money I wasted on the home for over a year. I lived sick and in fear of no privacy the entire time I lived there. I was harassed by this manager and bullied to the point of when I lost my job I saw it as an open window to leave.

Miss *** leased a property from our company from 12/21/18 to 6/30/20. She terminated her lease agreement early (1/31/20) after allegedly losing her job which constitutes a breach of the lease agreement. The breach in the lease occurred once it was discovered that the tenant had 3 dogs on the premises when no dogs were allowed per the terms of the lease agreement. I see the claims she makes with regards to maintenance issues, however, no such complaints were made the entirety of her tenancy and all items were in working order at the onset of her lease term.
Miss *** left the property in complete disrepair that will likely result in damages over and above the security deposit. Floors destroyed, home infested with fleas, paint necessary in every room, etc.
Miss ***' claims of harassment are unwarranted as the property management company and it's representatives were acting in their fiduciary responsibility in accordance with the existing management agreement with the owner of the property.
