I am rejecting this response because:ITS BEEN DAYS LATER AND I STILL HAVE YET TO RECIEVE MY CHECK FOR PAYING THE IMPOUNDSECONDLY I AM A MRS NOT A MR AND I ONLY REMOVED MY PURSE AND CHARGER FROM THE TRUCK BECAUSE IT WAS ONLY SUPPOSE TO BE THERE A FEW HOURS FOR A NEW TIRE MAYBE A DAY AT THE LATESTHOW DARE U INSIUATE THAT IM LYN ABOUT MY PERSONAL ITEMS WHEN THE DEALERSHIP HAVE TOLD ME LYE AFTER LYETHE SERVICE MANGER INITALLY TRIED TO SAY THE MY CAR WAS TAKEN ON FRIDAY MORNING WHEN IN ACTUALLITY IT WAS TAKEN HOURS AFTER I LEFT ITTHEN U TOLD ME U DROVE IT AROUND TO MAKE SURE IT WAS SAFE BUT WHEN I ASKED TOBRING THE CAR AROUND TO ME THEY COULDNT START THE CAR BECAUSE WHOEVER STOLE THE CAR STOLE THE KEY AND IT HAD NOT BEEN DRIVEN SINCE IT HAD BEEN DROPPED AT THE DEALERSHIP BY THE TOW COMPANYAND LASTLY U TOLD MW U INSPECTED THE CAR FOR DAMAGES WHEN IN ACTUALLITY U DIDNT BECAUSE THE DRIVER WHO BROUGHT ME THE VEHICLE POINTED OUT ALL THE NOTICABLE DAMES TO THE CARLASTLY U TRIED TO TELL ME I NEED TO FILE A CLAIM AGAINST MY OWN INSURANCE BUT THAT IS SENSELESS TO FILE A CLAIM THAT WILL LATER CAUSE MY PREMIUMS TO RAISE FOR YOUR DEALERSHIPS NEGLAGENCYTHE WAIVER STATES YOUR NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ITS BEYOND YOUR CONTROL AND YOUR DEALERSHIP LEAVING MY CAR UNATTENDED FOR HRS WITH THE KEY IN IT ITS DEFINETLY WITHIN YOUR CONTROLITS CALLED NEGLIGENCE!!!!!

This will serve as our response to Mr*** ***’s complaint related to his Cadillac Escalade. Cadillac of Arlington concedes that his vehicle was stolen from the premises of the dealership and the dealership personnel have repeatedly apologized for this incident. It was an
unfortunate event and we will do everything we can to make it right. We will reimburse Mr*** for any costs incurred to retrieve the vehicle from impound lotWe attempted to take care of this, but the impound lot would only work with the owner of the vehicle. We have since received a copy of the receipt and are in the process of preparing a reimbursement check Cadillac of Arlington, however, rejects Mr***’s claim that $17,worth of personal items were stolen from his vehicle. As noted in our repair authorization form, the dealership is not responsible for the theft of any articles left in the vehicle. Moreover, Mr*** specifically removed his personal belongings from the vehicle before it was left with the dealership. Cadillac of Arlington had previously offered to pay the customers deductible in the event a claim is filed with his insurance company and will continue to honor that offer

We have done every thing we can do to expedite his titleThe entire process was delayed when the deal was restructured when the customer was unable to provide required docs to purchase vehicle through his initial companyWe were able to work around this and rescue a deal through himself and
his second businessWe apologize for any delays and have done every thing we can do to get this resolved

I would like to apologize for any feelings of mistreatment or discrimination
There was no intention of making you or MsJeffries feel this way
Unfortunately the vehicle you were
looking at is no longer
available and I do not have one exactly like it in stockI do understand that
you came in to look at two separate vehicles and the original choice, the
silver SRX, is still availableWould you and Ms*** like to come in and
see this vehicle instead? If so, I would like to personally be involved
and ensure that you will not have any negative feelings about Cadillac of
ArlingtonI would be happy to discuss any numbers with the bank of your
choosing and you will only have to do the minimum amount of finance paperwork
necessary
