Elsa N*** has my Ford Galaxie convertible and she refuses to return it to me Elsa said that she sold my car because of storage charges that were not paidI never received the proper paper work for the storage charges for my late brother Tony’s car nor any paperwork for the process of having a mechanics’ lien put on my car ?I asked Elsa for a copy of the contract or agreement between Tony and Elsa so I could present it to my family but she never gave me anything ?I only received a letter telling me that she was going to do it This is not legal

I am the executor of my late brother Tony’s estate and I have proof and I sent it to Elsa ?Before Tony died he told me several times he did not like Elsa but he thought Frank was still with F.E.NEnterprises and that he trusted Frank, not Elsa, so he left his car with Elsa thinking that Frank was there, but he wasn't I transferred the registration from my late brother Tony to my name and if she did put a mechanics lien on the car and sold it I would not have been able to transfer the registration to my name ?I don’t believe she sold the car; I believe she still has it in her garage at *** *** *** *** ** Every time I spoke with Elsa she was very mean to me screaming at me
?A private detective visited Elsa in person and she told him she sold the car This is impossible because I had transferred ownership to me.?
My attorney told me that I would have to pay him a retainer and after all the cost of taking Elsa to court it would cost more than the value of the car My attorney told me to file a complaint with the New York State Attorney General and I did Elsa answer again that she placed a lien on the car and followed legal procedure but never turned in any paperwork to me or the Attorney General office I also filed a complaint with the Revdex.com My family and I are just sick over thisThis car is so special to me because it was so special to my late brother, Tony He loved that car!? Elsa lied to my brother Tony, to me, and to the New York State Attorney General.?
