I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find the resolution is satisfactory to meAlthough, I was not immediately seeking a refund, I only wanted someone to answer questions about the tickets and after receiving no response from the business until filing a complaint is when I wanted a refundThe business accepted responsibility of neglecting my calls and apologized greatly

I spoke to *** on Friday May 13th and she said after purchasing the tickets her boyfriend received a new job and they would not be able to attend the concert. I explained to *** that on the website it clearly states there are no refunds on tickets and that the wristbands(tickets) would be
mailed out in May. I emphasized to *** that this is a very popular event and the three day tickets that she has purchased are sold out

We have been speaking with the client and hope to come to a resolution. We have offered the two individuals tickets to another show and we are awaiting to see which show they would like to attend.Kathleen C***

I am rejecting this response because:As originally explained, these ladies...

had to take 2 days off of work and get a hotel room for the concert they were very wrongly ejected from. They have no intentions of doing so again to see a preformer they have no interest in. Also, because of the way they were publicly humiliated the last thing they wish to do is go there again. These ladies were treated horribly by a security person that should no longer have a job there. We want a full refund of the cost of their tickets as well as the meet and greet I paid for. No other offer will be excepted.
