Home never cleaned (sheet-rock dust, everywhere). Warranty items not being fixed.We purchased a Cady home in [redacted] ([redacted]) earlier this year. We have had nothing but issues with this company, from having to call the police on the owner ([redacted]) because he came into our home, and would not leave, and begun to make a mess, since we had to clean our own home. To attempting to get warranty items fixed. My wife and I find peace in knowing we are not the only ones with this problem, as our story resonates with multiple families within this community. The foreman ([redacted]) even makes the comment that we would be lucky to get things, since we had to call the police on the owner. We have looked into who to contact regarding new home issues, but we have come up short. Our warranty issues are mainly our hardwood floors popping continuously, we had Home Center come and give us an evaluation in whichthey agreed, there is something wrong with the floors. Their verbal quote is $50/hr for possibly 8 hours to fix the floors close to 90%. These floor pops are across the entire home.Desired SettlementFix the floors properly, and have Warranty items fixed in a timely manner.Business Response We have contacted our client and have resolved the majority of his issues. Our client seems to be satisfied with our progress. Some as simple as telling us what the colors of our home were, since you should of provided those, at closing -- which you neglected to.
