Responded January 22nd 2018 with date and times for scheduling, but
we, received no
response, until March 16th 2018., On our visit on May, 3rd2017, Craig was out and diagnosed that you needed a newshower pan and valve.Cady Plumbing took the trim off of the shower valve to see
if that was leaking, of which it was. That also caused water damage to the
shower wall and baseboard of shower. This finding is what started the process.We also did not break any hand held shower,
we replaced the existing broken hand held apparatus, with a standard shower head, which may have
contributed to leak behind the upper portion of tile.Cady also returned multiple(3),times, to reaffirm that at this point, it was not a
plumbing issue.On May 31s1, 2017, Cady
Plumbing  returned to install a new
shower pan and shower valve. Upon replacing the pan only 4 tiles at the base
had been removed as opposed to removing the entire shower surround, even
recommended by the 2nd plumbing
company that had been there.  The  entire 
shower  replacement  should have been replaced from the very
beginning. Cady Plumbing does not do tile work, and your tile gentleman was
there several times as well and should have justre-grouted the entire
shower.You were also told that after the new pan and shower valve were installed, that is
was most likely a tile issue at this point. You were informed via email and
site visits of thisWe were not contacted about any leaks
after pan and valve were installed until approximately.6 months later.At that point the leaks came and went approximately
every 3 weeks. Not consist with any plumbing and you had been informed of this.
In my opinion, it was not misdiagnosed from the beginning. It apparently had more
problems, that were not plumbing related, and were not visible. Instead of a
complete shower redo,which would have solved any problems from the beginning, you seemed to want to piece
the repairs together.You then called [redacted] for a second opinion, of which they confirmed
Cady Plumbing's opinion which was as this point, it was a tile issue.In the end, Cady recommended a shower door to try and
solve the problem.Once installed the door, you said the leak got worse. So that should tell you how bad the grout actually was and needed
repair and replacement.[redacted],in the end you had to replace the surround, of which 2 separate plumbers had told you. Had this originally been
done in the beginning, as suggested, all this could have been avoided.[redacted], here are the emails
that were exchanged between you and Cady Plumbing, we tried all repairs possible to solve the problem.We would have not have done it differently with anyone else.Kenny

way belligerent with them until [redacted] was sarcastic & rude with me then I was absolutely upset by that and the unexpected [redacted] as [redacted] explained. [redacted] said he would address [redacted]'s rude behavior towards me but apparently did not as is evidenced by [redacted]'s complete denial of her poor behavior. I would avoid this company at all costs and never before have I encountered such unprofessional behavior from a customer service person. My roommate also heard the conversation and can attest to my statement as well.
