Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Ms ***'s issue
Our Cadybeth Shows policy is registration fees are non-refundable, and this is clearly stated on our websiteIt is also the industry standard
When
*** *** wanted to cancel and get a refund, we explained this policy but gave her options
We understood she had a back issue and couldn't lift, so we offered to have our staff assist her in setting up and tearing down the day of the event
She had the opportunity to have another representative on her team take over her booth space
We can re-sell her booth space for her and give her refund, once they are resold, minus a fee for the time and expense of reselling the space
She chose the third option, and we were successful in reselling her booth spacesWe have sent her a refund of $check #and she has received and cashed this check
We feel this was a fair and equitable transactionWe gave her options that are beyond our company's standard policy in order to provide a resolutionShe accepted one of the options she was offered, so we see no reason for a complaint
We are willing to provide documentation of our communication with Ms ***, emails and copy of cashed check

There was never an offer to help sat any show
Cadybeth representative did tell me I could sell my shows
I did agree to have Cadybeth re-sell my tables and I was to received $of the $I paid them, HOWEVER, I received a check for $that I did cash the other $was to be sent in another checkI would like to see a copy of the check they said I cashed for $ I did not take a picture of the check I did cashI felt they were being honest with me and said they would work with me to give me a partial refundAt this point I feel I am owed another $

I stand correctedI misread the notes on Ms ***e's invoiceWe have only filled the spring shows, and sent check #for $which has been cashed
The other two shows are not filled at this time, but the agreement is written out on the invoiceI have included a copy of the invoice for your recordsOnce the 8-20-and 9-10-shows, we will mail a check for $for each
I apologize for the confusion
Also, we have staff to assist vendors at each of our showsWe have a number of disabled vendors, and do our best to provide assistance so the are able to participate in our eventsWe are proud to provide this service
