Caesars Windsor

I stayed at Caesars Windsor on August 11-13, and again from August 17-20th Went to Las Vegas and stayed at [redacted] in between those dates I previously lived in Windsor until we moved to Fort Erie last year, so I had the pleasure of staying at Caesars Windsor many times during the time I lived in Windsor (as it is one of the nicest and cleanest hotels in the area) On these visits, I stayed with my common law wife and two of my youngest kids (and years old) We were greeted with much hospitality from the staff; from the reception staff to the staff at the valet entrance They were cheerful, smiling and a pleasure to speak with I had an issue during my stay on August 12th and required to speak with a Manager the next day when charges appear on my account The Manager ( [redacted] I believe) spoke to us and said she would need to review the incident with other departments (security and engineering) before making a final decision Even prior to making the decision, I noticed her professionalism and general apathy toward the situation She was friendly but assertive Also during our stay, my son (the year old) woke up at am one night and started crying (screaming) and my wife had to take him outsideThe doorstaff near the Augustus tower were friendly and empathetic to the situationThe one lady that was working ( [redacted] ) would see us coming after a walk and would get the door for us and engage us in friendly conversation I have to commend your hotel staff for such great service while we stayed, and hence enticed me to compose this review [redacted] Thank you again for a wonderful experience and please extend my sincerest appreciation to the staff I have mentioned in this review

We were greeted with much hospitality from the staff; from the reception staff to the staff at the valet entrance. They were cheerful, smiling and a pleasure to speak with.
