I'm sorry mr *** isn't satisfied but I have hundreds of customers who rave about our work my crew and our workmanshipWe have an A+ rating with the Revdex.com for a reasonOnce again cracks occur in all concrete in our area and that's why it states it in our contract given to every customerI've personally looked at the driveway in question and it's definitely not something that needs to be replaced...mr *** could of went about this issue another way as I'm a very easy going person who loves helping loyal customers I've already spoken to my lawyer about the slander and defamation mr *** is doing on social media and at this point I'd like to stop all contact with this individualThank you Matt

In our defense I personally went and looked at the job at mr *** house and there was a couple cracks which is a occurrence in the area we live in because of the terrible wintersI apologized
to mr *** and told him that concrete will crack 90% of the time and there is nothing we can do about itAs it states in my contract that Cafarella concrete is not responsible for cracked or spalled concrete as no concrete contractor in cold temperatures guarantees concrete He then became very angry and harassed me at my office with obscenities I again apologized and told him that it is for concrete to shift during the winter which causes cracks I thought I handled the situation well

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.There are a couple of issues with the business reposnseThe driveway was poured on 6/12/15, barely a year ago, so Matt must have a very foggy memory I have the concrete material receipt from the job to prove thisThe driveway has SEVERAL cracks (the first one appeared just days after the pour, which Matt called a "fluke".) the one I am speaking of however, is cavernous (3/inch wide) and separating from the rest of the driveway (poor base prep work)the business has done NOTHING to resolve the complaint, as Matt did not even reply to my text inquiring about the crackthis past winter (the first that the driveway has seen was much milder and warmer than our average winterthis seems to be Matts go to excuse for poor workmanshipI paid Matt C*** over $14,a driveway should certainly last longer than a year without OBVIOUS workmanship issues for that kind of moneyit appears my only recourse here will be court, I am positive that any court of law will agree with me At this point however instead of merely asking for a reasonable repair I will be seeking the entire amount paid plus damages and legal feesI'd be happy to provide pictures of the several cracks, including the very serious one caused by contractor incompetence.Regards,*** ***

Some of the money back or do the job all over doing it right with all exspanion joint done right

We poured mr [redacted] driveway and patio almost 2 years ago...   it was a massive 3000 sq ft driveway and stamped patio...  It has 1 crack that is 2 feet in length... For a driveway of that size and to only have 1 crack is very good considering the cold winters we experience in western...

NY...  As it states in my signed contract from mr [redacted] "concrete can crack or spall"....  I apologize that mr [redacted] has 1 crack but again concrete has no guarantee...  We try our best to make all of our customers happy but I can't go replace a 3'x3' area due to one small crack.  I've tried my best to resolve this situation but some people just can't be satisfied...

Phone response - stopped by about a month ago to look, spoke to his wife. The work is about 3-4 years old, there are a few cracks, but that is to be expected. I did not notice any spalling or pitting, however rock salt will cause that. My contract covers all these issues.
