Mourad B[redacted] runs a company that continues to mistreat and show a complete lack of respect for customers. I spoke to him personally today about a delivery (not the first one) that took an excessively long time and his response was to ask "why I couldn't go pick it up?" if I was in such a hurry. There was no hurry. The deliver driver told me I was "just too hungry" when I asked him why it took so long. Mr. B[redacted] offered no apology for this inappropriate comment by his driver. This is Austin, Tx. We love local businesses but not those that mistreat their customers. I ask you to please address this companies misdeeds.
