Review: I wish to dispute the transaction at Cafe Asia 2 made on 7/20/2014 reference # [redacted]. The authorization requested amount was $91.71. I added $8 tip which means the final purchase amount including tip should only be $99.71. However, I found my bank statement I was charged $109.71 for that sale. I called the restaurant as soon as I realized this on 7/23/14. The person on the line got my name and number and that they will refer the matter to owner and that they will call back. Second business day almost gone and havent heard from the management. Whether they have acted on it or not , I would appreciate if they call us back to let us know that they are aware of the issue and that will they resolve this and correct their error.Desired Settlement: Correct the error/charge made on my bank/debit card.
