We have been in business for years We have had complaints throughout the years, but never one quite like this.The customer did sit at the time statedThe first They were not complete and did not order to well after that.I myself checked on the patron who's birthday they were
celebrating. Everyone at the table that I checked with was having a great time and enjoying themselves I approached a gentleman at the end of the party and asked if there was an oversight because they didn't pay the suggested gratuity that was applied $cash was left leaving the server with a $tipThe man said sorry about that, put it on my cardStill no mention of poor service or hour wait for food I did receive a phone call from the complainant later and answered all her questions and apologized if she felt she waited too long A half hour for a party to wait for freshly prepared food with one guest having an appetizer (mussels) beforehand is not extreme.I don't know what else to say except for out of were happy.If you have any further questions feel free to contact me at ###-###-####
