The owner of Toys & Tots did not propose a solution to our problem. Additionally, she stated she has communicated with me on "multiple occasions". I have never had direct communication with this individual, therefore this is another invalid claim. She has communicated with my husband on one occasion. This simple fact is: the owner is stating the documentation says something it clearly does not. My husband was verbally assured we would receive a refund by the director. The Toys & Tots owner is literally stealing $160.00 from my family and fails to see it this way. If no proper solution is agreed upon through Revdex.com, we will proceed to [redacted] County Magistrate Small Claims Court as well as replacing all the reviews we wrote online that have been deleted by the owner. This is not solely about $160.00, but about a business taking advantage of our family during a trying time in our lives. Our passion for this complaint is to ensure no families are taken advantage of now and in the future.
