# [redacted] - This complaint was answered, a copy of the bill was sent to the Revdex.com along with the answered complaint This has been resolved The customer does not have a balance after the payment was received Please adjust your records to show that this has been resolved and the complaint was answered I have a copy of the informationlisted in the complaint and the information emailed to the Revdex.com Johnson Sanitation has not sent this customer any other bills after payment was received Please adjust

I have tried responding to these complaints Again, the complaint # [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] Drive, ***, SC I talked with [redacted] , and tried to explain to her the scenario with [redacted] and her invoice I'm not sure she understood This account was transferred from *** [redacted] We began picking up for them in November, We were assisting them with their pickups as a favor due to the fact, they did not have the equipment to remove there customers refuse or recycling We continued discussing and picking up their customers thru March, We met with [redacted] from [redacted] on two occasions, After meeting with her in March, she indicated that we should just keep picking those customers up, because they were not going to continue in the refuse business We did not receive any notice from *** [redacted] concerning canceled customers We only had the list of customers to be picked up each week Therefore, any customers on the list continued to have service If a customer canceled with [redacted] , it was the responsibility of *** [redacted] to notify Johnson Sanitation Before December, we were not contacted by [redacted] Clients [redacted] transferred their calls to Johnson Sanitation without any notification, either during the latter part of December or I'm really not sure, which caused confusion with their customers When they began calling, our procedure is, if a customer is complaining about their pickup, we check the database, to make sure they are a customer and if their account is current or past due If they were not in our database, we could not help them We began calling [redacted] but could not reach them They would not answer their telephone After many long hours and expense we decided to send invoices from March thru August, out to the list of customers, [redacted] had given us Surprisingly, [redacted] was still billing these customers Some of these customers were nice enough to send a copy of their payments to Johnson Sanitation We gave those customers credit for any payments they made to [redacted] [redacted] indicated she canceled with [redacted] We did not have any information from [redacted] indicating she canceled [redacted] did not close their business According to the conversation with ***, "you can keep picking up those few customers, because we don't have the equipment to provide them with the service" This was in March We continued to pickup and we began billing from March thru August [redacted] advised us that we needed to bill these customers We are a highly reputable business for over years Had we known that [redacted] was not a customer, she would not have received an invoice from Johnson Sanitation We have not had any complaints of this nature from any of [redacted] Customers Those customers of [redacted] that canceled service, either called or sent a letter acknowledging their position with [redacted] company, (if they were not customers, if they had already paid for service, the amount, and the months of which they had paid.)We apologize for any confusion on our part regarding [redacted] We do not expect a customer to pay for service if they have already done so But because she paid [redacted] , it was the responsibility of [redacted] to advise us Again, we began billing in the month of March [redacted] were not picking up and had not picked up their customers since November, Johnson Sanitation provided service for their customer for four months without compensation We did this to help [redacted] We did not expect payment from [redacted] or their customers for those months Compensation began in the month of March, after the last conversation with ***, one of [redacted] owners Again they did not close their business in June, they were not in a position to close their business They were no longer providing service I hope this will explain the problem with [redacted] 's account She is not in our database and never has been Only the customers from [redacted] returning their invoices with payment or a letter showing they canceled with [redacted] before we began picking up is in our database

are moving and wish to cancel with the date or will be away for six months, will noftify you when returning if they are not able to reach the office by telephone. Please note: all telephone calls are recorded, messages are saved and a file is generated for customers canceling. This may have been an oversight. This customer has been canceled from our database

#[redacted] - Our office spoke with this customer,  a solution was accomplished.  If a customer is dissatisfied Johnson sanitation will refund their money and offer to provide them with a month of free service.  Our customers are not ignored.

Thank you for the information regarding Mr. [redacted].  I am familiar with this customers complaint.   The managers has talked with the guys picking up recycling.  Mr. [redacted] was a new customer, and the only one in that area, and I know this is not an excuse, but...

they were forgetting to pick him up.  Mr. [redacted] has not had any problems with his refuse or recycling pickup after speaking with the recycling guys.   However, there are times when we may have a new driver and he may forget.  If that happens, we will gladly make a return pickup for Mr. [redacted].   Mr. [redacted] can call the manager anytime.  He has the manager's telephone number.  Mr. [redacted] indicated he thought this might be a personal issue with him as a customer.  I can assure him this is not the case.  All customers are treated with respect, and compassion.  Johnson Sanitation does everything possible to provide excellent service, to all customers.

No, they didn’t. In fact, the week after I filed the complaint, Johnson Sanitation again failed to pick up my trash. After leaving three additional unreturned messages, I hired another company to collect my garbage.On 12/29/17, I left a final message with Johnson Sanitation requesting termination of...

service and pickup of their garbage bins.  They called back on 1/2/18 to confirm cancellation of service, but their bins have not been picked up.  I received a bill this week (with charges for the weeks they didn’t collect my trash).
