I was treated like dirt. I went there with all I tensions of supporting a local business and to spend money in my pocket. They had a model I wanted to purchase only not in the color I wanted. I tried to inquire about either ordering the color I wanted or when they might have another shipment coming. They said they don't take orders and they "Get stock periodically". At this point I was losing interest due to vague answers but genuinely wanted to buy locally. I continued to try to get some sort of answer or even any rough timeline about when they might see more of the model I wanted. I was always polite and just wanted some sort of genuine answer. After less than 5 min a man surfaced from a back room asking if there was a problem. I tried to explain what was going on but he interrupted asserting he heard everything and that I could "Go buy your [redacted] somewhere else"! I will never go there again and I am truly insulted.

I find [redacted] negative review to be ridiculous. I go to this place all the time and never have I heard any employee, or the owner [redacted] (the backroom guy), be rude to anyone in anyway. I have been to this store dozens of times and spend appx 2 hours each visit, sometimes much longer. I spend this much time because of the friendly atmosphere, the overall comfort of the establishment and the fantastic products. The employees are knowledgeable and the owners are very caring about making the best product they can. Thank you for helping me quit smoking!
