First than all I want to apologized for this problem, I don't understand how thishappened when I have always tell my employees that the customers are always going to be rightThe restaurant rs Open thanks to our customers and they deserve the best service and attitudeIknow Icannot go
back in time and resolve this problem but Iwill make sure this won't happen again.The employee should of respect the price on the menu and give the costumer a receipt explaining the pricesThe price change on that specific burrito is cents onlyAnother error that may happen with this incident is that the waiter may forgot to clear the cash-register and that may be another reason why he charge more since he is a new worker, but any of this circumstances justifywhat happened and the bad experience that the costumer had to go thruI apprecratedthe costumer that follow this complain on my business because if it wasn't for him I wouldn't never knew about this incidentI know Ican't change the costumer expenence about this situation but Iwill make sure this won't happened ever againI appreciate you and feel free to contact me if you need any information or if you have any farer questions
