allows cash register traffic to move faster We have implemented a method of making pennies available for customers to grab as they go if they wish Please be advised this is now available for your convenience Please be advised that the rounding method also works in the customers favor at times by rounding balance down to nearest cents Hope this has addressed your concerns and look forward to keeping you as a loyal customer

Review: A group of us frequently patronize Nunez but just recently realized that they add on extra costs to our bills under the term "rounding". When we asked the hostess about why we had been charged extra money on our bill for "rounding", he replied, " It's [redacted] and all the customers complain about it. It's just something that the owner does. He's been reported before but I think its legal." We asked the cashiers and they told us, "We have to add that because we round up from the pennies because of the owner." When I asked about the owner, the hostess grabbed up the business cards in an attempt to keep me from contacting the owner. I asked him for a card and he reluctantly gave me the card.Desired Settlement: I would like to know if this "rounding" is legal and I would like to know exactly what it is. I would like them to have to post a sign informing the customers that they will be charged a "rounding" fee.
