I would suggest to anyone who is called by Pioneer to beware They are storm chasers that prey on older people by filing claims with their insurance company, without their knowledge, of course, for 30% of what the insurance company pays They left a note on my year old mothers door stating she missed a delivery When she called they came and told her that she could get some repairs done to her home covered at 100% by her insurance company They had her sign something which I reviewed for her In the document is stated that she had business days to change her mind They received a registered letter in business days They still came to do an inspection and try to get her to sign more documentation which she refused Now Pioneer is saying she is locked in, even though she sent in writing that she did not want this They are scammers Please make sure if you have elderly parents that you protect them against people like this After arguing with a Pioneer rep I suggested that I conference my mom in on a phone call As I was dialing they hung up Next call, my attorney
