incorrectWe offer all our guests water upon request as that is the policy of the establishmentThe consumer, *** *** is not a regular customerShe comes to the restaurant about once a month and always at the times when we have our 50% discountShe did not request water at the time of service, which we would have gladly given to herShe asked Sadie, (who was not even her server at the time), on her way out of the business, if she can get a cup of water to goShe never stated that she had a pill to takeSadie stated that we charge cents for a to go cup, which is the policy of the businessMs*** scoffed at that and laughed, saying "you must be joking"In conclusion, Sadie did give her waterPerhaps, if Ms*** feels she is being treated unfairly, she should go somewhere else, as any reasonable person would do. The employee of Café Stratos followed company policy and did nothing wrongWe have constantly bent over backwards to accommodate Ms*** in the past, going out of our way to please herHowever, we are more than happy and willing to have a meeting with Ms***, along with the owner, manager and server.
