I am rejecting this response because:
I have the emails to disprove his claim that "when I sent it back it was damaged" -- this is pure fabrication on his part to state that he received a damaged return.  In fact the only thing he did state was that it was missing an accessory part and he could not issue full refunds until he receives all the parts of the product.  There are a lot of reviews online about Don H[redacted] dishonesty and products not working as advertised.  I only lost a couple of hundred bucks but there are many who lost thousands with him.  Just look up his reviews on coffee forums and your website --the Revdex.com.  There are several reviews stating the same thing about him.
