This rating amazes me. These folks have been Light Years ahead of NetFlix in quality of discs and turn around time.
I've talked to them on the phone about starting/stopping my account when I had to without any problems at all, again, quite unlike their competition.
I live in KS, but their program includes the ability to notify them that the discs have been mailed whereupon they ship the next selection on faith that the last sent are on their way back. Their competition wouldn't do that on a bet.
