Business owner told me that visor for car had been ordered and if I purchased the car, visor would be sent to meNever received I purchased a car at Cash for Cars of Conway in August of Hyundai Sonata.When I was checking the car out, I noticed that the visor on the drivers side was missingThe owner assured me that he had already ordered the visor and as soon as it came in he would mail it to me if I purchased the carIt was a concern of mine since I am aware of the problems that can be brought on by not having itBy January 2018, the problems have started and I called the owner and told him that I still have not received the visor that he assured me he would sendHe tells me now that he has no idea what happenedHe thinks it was on back order.Says he would get on it and send it right awayI was told I will receive it in a few daysThis is now nearing the end of February and I have received nothing
Sold us a carTold us only issue with it broke the car while attempting to get it on a tow truck several calls to fix it...Negative results On Feb 7, I purchased a Mazda from Cars for Cash in Conway for my son who was with me for the whole thingI put $down and financed the remainder with Anderson BrosBank We were told that there was one (1) issue with the car that I had to have Mazda fixThe thermostat didn't work I was fine with thatthe next day the car would not start...called CFC..they came out with a tow truckAttempted to put the car onto the truck and ripped off the front lower bumper Said they would fix itBefore they came out they asked "is there gas in it ?" I went and looked ..needle showed gasThey left with the car and came back maybe mins laterThey stopped, put gas in and the car started..said "guess the gas gauge is broke also have him put gas in about every miles Bring by the shop we'll fix that and the bumperson drives
I purchased a Dodge Caravan from this company and after days instead of receiving a title I was issued a day tagUpon having the DMV research the issue we found out that Cash For Cars never obtained a title for the vehicle when they purchased itSo they knowingly sold me a vehicle of which they do not own a title to and have yet to obtainI believe that is a fraudulent practice I should have been made aware of this prior to the purchaseThe company was not forth coming & it took some digging of my own to even find the truthI have purchased insurance and made payment on this vehicle that I planned to use for work purposes but because of this I'm unable to utilize the vehicle for work and I'm missing out on much needed income
