I would like to share a very negative experience I had with this companyI first found him on living social and I now see sometimes things that are on sale, cheap, or a deal you should stay far way fromI dealt with the owner [redacted] directly and let me say he is a very unprofessional business manI call about getting my drained uncloggedA simple request he statedHe said he would come to my residence at a.mthe next morningThe same night around p.mI received a voicemail from him stating that he couldn't make it at anymore but would come in the afternoon and ended the voicemailI called him back and he stated that he had another call come up that was more important than mine and that he could switch my appointment to early afternoon with someone else's since I did contact him firstThat is very unprofessionalWhen you schedule someone for an appointment you should keep that schedule to the best of your ability and not switch us all around at your convenienceThat should have been my clue to tell him never mindWhen I asked what time range did early afternoon mean he never would give me a time frame and kept stating early afternoonThe next morning he called at 12:and told me he was in Trussville and he was a hour awayI waited at my home until p.mand I eventually called him to see his whereaboutsHe answered the phone and responded as if my call was unimportant and stated that he had took another jobWhen I asked when was he coming he told me he didn't know and got silentHe showed no remorse about making me wait at home the entire day as well as never showing up or at least telling me he wasn't comingWhen I told him that I guess I would have to go find someone else since he didn't know when he could make it he said ok and hung up the phone on meI have never had such a negative and rude experience with a "so-called" business manI will never do business with him again and recommend everyone stay far away from him as possible
As stated by the previous review, I too purchased a voucher from living social for a drain cleaningWhen the tech arrived he informed me that the voucher would not cover the entire cost of the service but before I purchased the voucher I called and asked would it be any additional cost I was told no, which was not the case I really needed my sink unclogged so I agreed to pay the remaining balance Unfortunately the tech was unable to unclog my drainI was told the he along with another tech would return the following dayThe day of I received a call stating that they would be there between 12-Well, 4:came and wentSo, I called and he said that the guys were on another job and would get there laterHe asked would someone be home the next day and I replied no He informed me that he would call me to confirm that the guys were comingI never received that phone call and my drain is still cloggedThe tech that came out was very nice but the professionalism of the company sucksI would not recommend this company
