We were aware of the cracking that the customer had. His first complaint was 7/7/14 and we had went out and inspected the work 2...

days after that to see what needed to be fixed or repaired. We have been fighting with the weather to get back and take care of the issues there. The issue was resolved on 9/9/14 as we had made all necessary repairs. We do apologize for the delay as we were working around the weather.
