The clients order their own cabinets from the supplier and I was to install the cabinets to what they asked be to bid, and preformed those dutiesThere was a worrped door and I told them that I would try and help them to get the correct door reorderedI performed this activities and got the supply to get a new door orderedLater they asked me to bid and install hardware for their new cabinets in addtion to the first quoteThey excepted the estimate knowing that I told them it maybe a little while before I could get there and was hoping to carry out the task on a rain day, many weeks had past but they were first on the list to doThe job was completed on Friday October with the homeowner very happy with the completed jobI showed him how to adjust the doors on the cabinets if the allingment changes again do to humidityAfter inspection of the "door that fell off" it appeared that the door was hit and opened past full open postion resolting in the srews be ripped out of the faceframe and stripping the screw holesI Repaired the screw holes and refastened door in a slightly different location and proceeded to realign door so that it would match the other doors in the kitchenAs far as the crack in the cabinets it was damages in shipping or at factory, it was glued, fastened, filled with the factory color match filler sent with cabinetsAnd the one screw that was not fasted all the way tight, my bad I did not go back and tighten it after shimming the bank of cabinets to straighten out because of the over built drywall joints.I also told the homeowner to call me with anything that they need.Thank you [redacted]
