These are the pictures from my yard of the landscaping from cahill!I I have numerous texts both to him and to his secretary most were ignored! I only received a text regarding the cancellation of mowing on Thursday ,July To read " Hi *** stopped by the lawn is uneven and steep for our mowers, we cannot mow.I will mail back your $4o.oo ."I am at a loss for words ! I would understand this if ** *** did not view or survey the landHe however walk around with me and detailed what his plans were and even asked if I would remove the loose branches and rocks in the yard.I did! Most important I explained to him the reason why the yard was fully kept up! That my father passed awayIt was too much with my career and that was why he was thereWe keep him on retainer for mowing every to weeks When it was time to seed for grass we he would take care of that! My came out to see because I wanted her to make deceicions of flowers.she asked about fixing the retaining walls.he quoted a priceHe then said he would have put on text to be sure of accurate priceWe went over plans with my mom!I questioned him about a contract.He said it would be a verbal conractHis staff arrived two days later and informed me that the trailer was broken That they couldn't mowThey would be back tomorrow.I ran to bank to get a money order for payment .when I returned they were gone.I looked at the landscaping and was upsetOnly One half of the yard was doneThe flowers were small and all one line and a thin ,uneven layer of mulch was down on the ground..I called ** *** to complain.He texted me that their must have been a miscommuication with the staff and sent them back! They mulched and cut the hydrangea bushThis tookthem minuteds.The mulch once again spread thin and the tree was cut unevenDuring the landscaping I received a phone call from a psychiatrist at work concerning a clientWe were talking about the individual medicationamed needs.while I was on the phone I wrote out the check and handed it wih tip tip to the staff.I did not look at the landscappingWhen I had a chance I looked and texted ** *** to voice my concernWe texted back and forth for hour .I had to stop due to other obligations I asked him..requested that he come take a look at landscaping I texted him and asked him iif hus companies fouundatons stood on this type of work!He shut down until the next THURDuring that time I called ,, texted and emailechim.there was no response A response came when I texted him and told him I would contact the supportive authorities He responded with a decline text to do the mowing He stated that he stopped by and that the yard was too steep and uneven to doHe would reimburse the 40.I feel that ** *** has taken full advantage That to charge for small plants that you can buy at *** *** fFor 0and mulch for that is spread very thin with no edging and trimming of a hydrangea bush which is is uneven is a unjusice to the community to allow to proçeedAs for casting aspersions on my character concerning medication as stated prior only time I have mentioned medication was during a work phone callMy time or interface with ** *** was limited and only entailed the survey, purchase price for landscaping, and planning of landscaping, !

We were hired to complete the followingLawn Care ProgramExisting Lawn Irrigation System, Back wood area clearing and loam and seed for new lawn area, Irrigation Extension to new lawn areaAeration and Seeding and Fixing Existing Lawn AreaPatio Extension.Note: Everything I
am writing is documented in the attached emails. We completed Items #and without much hassle, although they were difficult to work withWe met with *** and ***, the homeowners and reviewed the back clearing project twice, we discussed the areas in detail that we would clear and install a new lawnPrior to starting the project, I confirmed the measurements that we discussed in an emailfeet wide, by feet long would be the new areaThe obvious was starting from the existing lawn and working inward toward the woodlineThey both agreed and we moved forwardAll of this is documented in the attached emailsWe subcontracted the clearing part, our subcontractor cleared more than the feetHe cleared about to feet in the woodline on some parts, most of the woodline was covered in heavy trees and bouldersWe loamed and seeded the area we contracted, 15xTwo days passed before we returned to complete the irrigation extension on the new lawn area, there were no complaints about the new lawn area within those two daysWe installed the irrigation extension, informed the customer that we were completeWe arranged a review of the work, we met with ***, he agreed everything was o.kHe paid us $as agreed, and we began planning the Patio Extension work and the Existing Lawn Aeration and Seeding etcworkWe ordered the material for the patio, it took week to receive the materialIn this time *** and *** did not communicate any issuesSo about weeks after we completed the lawn installation, *** returned from Vacation and was not happy that a section was not seeded, and now *** brought up the issue of the area not being seededWe met with him, showed him the measurements we agreed on, and he reverted to saying it should have gone further in than feet, with the reason that he thought that it wouldWe had clearly communicated the project details, reviewed them upon completion, collected a check, and a week or two later he wanted moreIn order to get the truck into the back yard, we cut a branch off of a maple tree, that was in the woodline, where we removed several similar trees and branches, he complained about the branch, than he mentioned there were some tire marks in the existing lawnAfter going back and forth several times, I made an offer to loam and seed the back area that he wanted done, for $He denied the offerAfter a few more discussions I offered to do it for free as long as we continued with the planned Patio work, aeration and seeding workHe denied my offer to do the work for freeI explained to him that the small items such as the tire mark, the branch and any other of his concerns would be resolved, and we had planned on addressing them when we returned to complete the patio work, the aeration and seeding workAnytime that we complete a patio, there is lawn repairWe as professionals knew the correct order to complete the items, and we had known that we would be returning 2-times for the next projects, and we knew we could resolve issuesWe are always returning to projects for small items, follow up items, punch list itemsIt is part of our business and our gaurantee is what sets us apart *** Fired us from all services, including the Patio, the areation and seeding, and the routine fertilizer programIt is documented in his emailHe said he did not want us returning to his property for any other projectsWe agreed that it would be best to follow his recommendation and we apologized, and moved onWe made several attempts to resolve this and explain to him that everything would be resolvedOnce he fired us, and hired another landscaper we anticipated we were off the hookHowever the new landscaper said the irrigation heads might be to high, which is a simple fix, and it is common for irrigation heads to rise in a new lawn area especially because water gets under the heads and pushes them upA puddle forms under the headsNormally, they settle and the grass grows over them and we do not have to do anything to resolveRegarding his fence, he inspected the fence upon completion of the project and he paid us, if a screw or two is missing it is not a reason to report us to the Revdex.com, the fence is locked in with concrete and latches, and other sections that prevent the fence from movingRegarding the branch, again to get the loam to the new area, it was required to cut the branch, this tree was not a decorative tree it was in the woods, an maple tree amongst hundreds of others*** and *** are from Russia and they do not understand Landscaping and communication is poorThey refuse to let us do our job, and prefer to prevent us from completing work This complaint is inaccurate and this customer is disruptive and irrational. Her realtor asked us to complete a clean up, we quoted $450, a very big lawn, very thick grass because the prior home owner had moved to Texas and left without mowing or cleaning up. Leaves were very heavy, we quoted the...

work on November 16 2016, We completed the work on November 18 2016. We never include two clean ups, we only say that in the event there are some leaves at the end of the season we may clean up for no extra charge as a courtesy.  We hauled truckloads of leaves out of her property, left it looking perfect, a month later in late December it still looked perfect so no other work was needed. Today, in January after Snow Storms, Heavy Rain, Heavy Wind, some leaves from her Oak Trees which hold leaves all year round were knocked down onto her front bottom Lawn. The upper half of the front lawn was perfect, the right side of the driveway, the backyard still do not have one leaf on  the entire area. I visited the property and took pics today.  She asked us to come back several times today, I told her we would come back this week  to clean up the front as a one time courtesy, she said she would not unless we mowed the lawn again. (It is January no grass has grown). To give you an idea of her judgement, she agreed but than told me she called the police, threatened to have me arrested for trespassing and reported me to this board already.  See the attached pictures.  The officer told me that she is on medication and it may be affecting her. The Realtor told me that she refused to close on this house and buy it unless the leaves were picked up. We completed 200 Fall Clean ups, and did 180 of them twice this year including her neighbor on the same day we did hers we have no problem returning if there are leaves. She just wants to pay half because we mentioned we may return if needed, but it did not need it. There is about 1 barrel full of leaves there to pick up, we had 8 workers there for 1.5 hours for the clean up so we did not leave this job half done. She continues to text me asking if we will come back, even after calling the police, I told her we will resolve this in court. I believe that her medication is heavily affecting her behavior because every 3 minutes I get threatened with a trespassing crime, than 2 minutes later she asked me to return to clean up the leaves. I asked her not to communicate with us we will resolve in court.

I visited this property and met with [redacted]. The entire property is a complete mess uncared for for years. She asked me to plant 5 yellow day lilies in a bed, and mulch it. We agreed to $200 for mulch and eding $200 for the 5 Daylillies, $400 total. She asked us to come late in the...

day because her medication interfered with her morning.  I sent a crew there, they met with her, they planted the daylilies and mulch. After finishing she called and said they did not prune or mulch the right side bed. We did not discuss that. I sent them back anyway to do it for free. She than called again and said she did not want all yellow flowers. But we looked at the neighbor across the street during the estimate and she said do excactly what they have, which is all yellow. I received lengthy text messages from her for the next few days, as did my office manager. As her texts continued late in the night and increased in anger we deciced it would be best not to continue with a mowing program. We let her know, and she said she would retaliate and seek damages. She was there when the work was complete, she was happy with the work, she paid the crew for the work. Now that we will not mow she is angry and unreasonable. See attachements. Tell us why here...

Below is a ton of verified, feedback from customers from small projects to very large projects. We do not every receive bad feedback, we always resolve issues. I cannot re type everything again and repeat what I have already typed. I provided pages of emails and text message back and forth between me and [redacted], and between me and [redacted] his wife. We were very detailed, very professional, very on time with communicating, and very willing to resolve the issues. We were terminated and a new landscaper was hired. Once we are terminated and a new landscaper is hired, we can no longer deal with the iissues, because we do not know if the other landscaper has caused these new issues. Regarding broken branches, this is a prime example of how they do not understand. They said we used huge trucks and became over reactive about it. They were 10 yard dump trucks. they were not huge. We normally use 18 yard dump trucks, double the size. Sometimes we use 40 yard dump truck trailers. We agreed before any work was done, that if the neighbor refused to let us use the driveway, than we would have to charge extra to remove the fence and go over the lawn. It is normal to have to trim tree branches for truck access, the branches were not on any special trees, they were small. We need to get the job done and we do not stop a project for a small branch. The neighbor over reacted, just as [redacted] did. The neighbor denied us access, [redacted] denied us the opportunity to resolve the issues. [redacted] wanted free work.    In the United States, we have contracts, and we agreed to specifications in the agreement, we reviewed before and after the project. We received payment for the project upon review with [redacted]. We did not put the fence back together until he reviewed the project, agreed on the project completion, and until he handed us the check. I cannot go into anymore detail. I have a Bachelor, and Masters Degree in Accounting from [redacted] College, and 5 years in Construction Management for a National Construction Management Company, this is a very simple project. clear a 15x100 area and loam and seed, Add 6 irrigation heads.   If you have issues with a small details, and than you fire the contractor from the remaining projects and ongoing services, and deny the opportunity to fix them for free, than you will not be happy with how your behavior resulted in the issues not being resolved. We just finished $30,000 in hardscape projects in 2 weeks, they both came out perfect, no issues, the customer let us work. Everyone is very happy.  You cannot ask for free things and expect to just receive them, you cannot just say, oh I did not know that the area was not loamed and seeded until 2 weeks later. Loam is dark, the seed is white, and the surface is rolled and compact. The area we did not seed was light fluffy dirt, bad quality. I am to busy to try to convince a difficult customer that I am correct. Lets move on.  Project Description: 2,000 Square foot Pool Patio Design and Installation, HalfMoon back Steps, Fire pit, Tree & Shrub Design & Installation, Front Walkway & Steps, Complete Lawn Installation and Irrigation System Installation. We put in an in-ground pool in our backyard by a pool company. We then hired Cahill Lawn Care for the pool coping, a large patio around the pool, stairs, fire pit and beds of shrubs and trees.  We also hired them to replace our front walkway and front stairs. They also replaced our irrigation system and fixed up our lawn.  Cahill Lawn Care did an amazing job transforming our backyard into our own private paradise.  [redacted] is excellent to work with – he is responsive and communicates well with his clients.  He thinks proactively so I was able to have all the permits necessary in advance. [redacted] does the tile work is a perfectionist.  We hired Cahill for a lot of reasons but one major reason was they were able to create a computer-generated picture of what our pool area would look like.  They did a wonderful job of listening to our needs and our budget while recommending some ideas.  The entire crew are very friendly, hardworking and take great care in the job.  We feel lucky to have found Cahill Lawn Care and highly recommend themProject Description: Remove old Brick Patio & Steps. Design and Build a New 700Square foot Paver Patio, Steps & Bed Planter. Cahill Lawn Care does our lawn and yard maintenance and we used his team to demolish and rebuild a 700 sf area hardscape at the rear of our house. Cahill’s landscaping team is great. [redacted] is so responsive- this guy answers emails all hours of the day. He also sends a clear list of services to pick from at the beginning of each season and will recommend which you need or can hold off on. Our lawn looks great and I feel like we are getting a good price. Prior to working with [redacted] we used another large local landscaper and we could never get in touch with them or identify a pattern to when they were performing services. Last year we added some Hydrangea and a tree to our front yard. One harsh winter later and the tree never bloomed for spring. [redacted] replaced it without any question. This year we decided to redo our back yard hardscape due to issues with paver separations and weeds. We sent a proposal out to 2 large landscapers and [redacted]. To our pleasant surprise, [redacted] hit it out of the park with his proposal and use of software for imaging. We received pencil sketches from the other two behemoth landscapers which are supposed to be expert “engineers” in landscape design. The project follow through, from material selection to where we want garden beds, exceeded our expectations. In addition to great project management and high quality work, his quote was about 5-10% less than the next highest bid and the warranty longer.Project Description: Design / Build Retaining Wall and Tree / Shrub Installation.Cahill Lawn Care Built a beautiful rock wall around the front and side of our house. Fully landscaped with loam, mulch and tree/shrubs/plants. Even moved two sprinkler heads that were affected by the project. It looks amazing.  The project went very well.  We are pleased with the landscaping.  It is a new house so it required some additional landscaping. The finished product is awesome.  The workmanship is very high quality. The crew was very professional and this is a reflection of how [redacted] Cahill runs his business. He listens to the customer, is very accessible, and a gentleman to do business with.  The crew was very knowledgeable regarding landscape design and spent time with us to discuss our options.  The graphic design program they use to lay out what the finished product will look like was great and influential in us making the decision to move forward with the project, Their arborist was very helpful and knows his trees/shrubs/etc.  I plan to use Cahill’s service for other projects as well. I have already recommended him to inquiring neighbors. Job well done!Project Description: Landscape Maintenance[redacted] Cahill is wonderful. I just purchased a new home 6 months ago, and the lawn care became to much for me on top of an ankle injury, so I needed to hire a service fairly quickly pretty late in the summer (August). [redacted] called me back the same day and came and did a free consultation the very next day and left a suggested contract in the door for me. He got me on the mowing schedule within 3 days, and has just been great since. I’ve called twice with questions, calls are always returned by [redacted] himself within 24 hours. Prices are fully disclosed, with lots of options, and the cost is reasonable and well worth the value I’m getting. They cleaned up my mess of a yard after hurricane Irene and that was a good value also. My experience with landscapers is limited, and they do not take advantage of this. They are courteous and patiently answer my novice questions. Great people, great value. Very satisfied!Project Description: Remove old Concrete retaining wall, 2 sets of steps and a walkway. Design/Build a new Retaining wall with decorative block, blue stone tread steps, and Paver Walkway. Cahill Lawn Care had to remove a concrete wall, cement stairs, cement walkway, & front stairs to my home. They rebuilt the wall, both stairs, and the walkway and dressed up the immediate adjacent areas.  The removal process was conducted in a thorough manner and coordinated so we were able to obtain access to our home daily.  Mr. Cahill insured the areas were cleaned up so as to not allow us any access problems.  Regardless of inclement weather, Mr. Cahill was available and communicated routinely so we were kept up-to-date on the process and status of the job.  Mr. Cahill & his personnel arrived when he said he would and informed me as to when they would not be working due to uncontrolled issues (weather, etc.).  The quality of the work is outstanding. The project was coordinated by Mr Cahill from start to finish.  The best part was that he is a great communicator and there was never were any surprises.   He communicated daily and as issues surfaced (as they always do with a big project) he provided alternatives and suggestions with a sensible attitude towards our financial limitations.  His workers were polite and arrived when they were supposed to and left as he informed us they would. [redacted] met with us throughout the project and provided the necessary guidance to bring potential sticking points to closure throughProject Description: Lawn Installation, Remove old Shrubs, Design Install new Shrubs / Trees.Cahill Lawn Care Loamed and seeded back and side of property. Installed 3/4 stone under rear deck and stairway and left a nice area with the stone for statuary. Planted a very tastefully chosen variety of shrubs and flowers along front of dwelling and walkway; edged it nicely and applied a healthy thickness of mulch. They also arranged some large stones in front of the propane gas tank filler housing and planted flowers behind it. [redacted] also got my irrigation system up and running after being shut off for the winter. They arrived early. [redacted] than ran through the game plan with his men, and they hit the ground running. They applied loam across the rear and side of the dwelling, then laid the seed. They cut turf and edged the front of our home, and then planted a host of well-selected shrubs. After planting the shrubs, a generous layer of mulch was applied. It was a mess under our back deck, but no more. [redacted] and his men raked and shoveled it level then applied a generous amount of blue stone. The men never stopped working. Of particular note was their work ethic. My mother happened to notice it as well. They seem to enjoy their work, which was nice to see. [redacted] was extremely easy to work with, and, so far, is a gentleman and a man of his word. I have already scheduled Cahill Lawn Care to address other landscaping issues, because we are extremely satisfied.Project Description: Granite Steps and Paver WalkwayCahill Lawn Care performs my annual lawn mowing and fertilization. In addition to annual lawn maintenance he performs my spring and fall clean-ups. Also this past year Cahill Lawn Care installed a front walkway and front granite steps leading to my front door. Mr. Cahill and all of Cahill Lawn Care employees are very professional and provide exceptional service. I have gone through a few different Landscaping companies through the years and Cahill Lawn Care has been the only one worth keeping around they are very hard workers and care about the quality of work. Overall my interaction with the company is very easy from estimate stage to final invoice if I have a problem or concerns I email Mr. Cahill and the problem or concerns is taken care of immediately. Mr. Cahill is very honest and fair with his pricing and does what he says he is going to do.Project Description: Remove old Timber Walkway, Build New Timber Walkway.Rebuilt an old rear garden walkway. The rear walkway was lined with timbers that had disintegrated over the (20) years.  The base was a mixture of small stones. I contacted three service providers one of whom responded with a visit and never came back with a quote. Another did not respond at all. [redacted] Cahill of Cahill Landscaping contacted me within two days of my call and came the next day to survey the job. He responded the following day with a quote and we scheduled the job. His team was on site for portions of three days and accomplished exactly what we wanted. They were professional and personable and incorporated our suggestions to ensure that everything was done to our satisfaction.Project Description: Remove Overgrown Shrubs, Design Landscaping & Install New Shrubs, Power wash and Rebuild old Brick Walkway using Existing Bricks.Cahill Lawn Care removed overgrown bushes and designed a new layout and replaced them. They also re-laid our front brick walkway and removed a tree from another area in our yard. We were impressed with the quality of work form Cahill Lawn Care. All people associated with the project were professional and easy to work with. Any issues or questions we had were addressed by [redacted] very quickly. His responsiveness was wonderful.Project Description: Remove old Timber Wall, Build New Timber WallCahill Landscaping replaced a rail-tie retaining wall after our last one was destroyed in a storm. Cahill dug out the former wall, removed all debris and installed a new wall. I spoke with Cahill in the fall after the wall fell, but did not use them until the spring. [redacted] quickly responded any time I contacted him. Once we decided to go ahead with the project, [redacted] kept in constant contact and his crew was out the next week. The job took two days and the crew was punctual and professional all the way around.Project Description: Condo Complex Landscaping We live in a 14 unit condo community with many shrubs and bushes on the property. The landscapers trimmed everything beautifully. It went extremely well. Everything we wanted done was done in a very timely manner. The guys were very friendly and very professional. We had a list to hand them with a few requests from some of the owners. A few of the owners wanted certain things done a little differently than other units and it was not a problem at all. All requests were met and the job was beautifully done! I would highly recommend Cahill Lawn Care!!!General Feedback LandscapingWe were ready to list our home for sale after the long Mass. winter.  We called to have them come out and do the spring cleanup, edging, mulching, and “spruce up”. The crew showed up Saturday morning bright and early (not too early so as to disturb the neighbors) and started. They cleaned up all the flower beds and shrubs, mulched, cleaned up all the winter’s leaves and assorted branches, etc. from the trees, cleaned up front, side, and rear lawns, picked up all trash.  They finished up just before the realtor showed up for an open house.  I feel certain the impression people got from the appearance of the lawn, shrubs, and flower beds were a factor in our receiving 4 offers for the house.  Over the years, they have always showed up on the day and time they promised (weather permitting) and left the place immaculate.  They were always willing to work with us on issues as they came up (new things we wanted to do.I’ve found [redacted] to be very responsive to all inquiries.  He’s delivered exactly what’s been agreed to in advance.  The quality of the work has been great.  Billing is on time and accurate.  They’ve been great to work with.[redacted] Cahill is very personable, not pushy! Came gave estimate & once contract signed work done immediately. Other services will be required & communication with services met year intended.Cahill Lawn Care maintains & cuts my lawn, sprinkler system, gutter clean up and leaf removal. If he thought we were supposed to add loam and seed and install a new lawn further into the wooded area, why didn't he thing it needed water? At the time we reviewed the lawn install and irrigation system, he would have seen where the water was spraying. No complaints.7. His wife returned home from vacation a week and a half later, reviewed the project. Than there was a complaint.Please add these notes to my responses. [redacted] clearly saw where the new lawn area ended, he saw where the irrigation heads were installed, he saw what area was being watered because he made us return to adjust the heads.

See the attachements, she seems happy with the work and paid for the work. She is only unhappy that we cannot mow her lawn and decided to retaliate after being informed that we cannot mow.
