I visited this property and met with [redacted] The entire property is a complete mess uncared for for yearsShe asked me to plant yellow day lilies in a bed, and mulch itWe agreed to $for mulch and eding $for the Daylillies, $totalShe asked us to come late in the day because her medication interfered with her morning I sent a crew there, they met with her, they planted the daylilies and mulchAfter finishing she called and said they did not prune or mulch the right side bedWe did not discuss thatI sent them back anyway to do it for freeShe than called again and said she did not want all yellow flowersBut we looked at the neighbor across the street during the estimate and she said do excactly what they have, which is all yellowI received lengthy text messages from her for the next few days, as did my office managerAs her texts continued late in the night and increased in anger we deciced it would be best not to continue with a mowing programWe let her know, and she said she would retaliate and seek damagesShe was there when the work was complete, she was happy with the work, she paid the crew for the workNow that we will not mow she is angry and unreasonableSee attachementsTell us why here
