According to the *** website it takes 3 to 5 business to ship and receive.
I have tried contacting them both directly on their website 4 times and by email 2 times at

As of yet I have not received confirmation of this order. Their website is showing processed.
I have been trying to find out anything about this order I can.

They have no customer support or contacts which they acknowledge.
