This company installed awnings for me several years agoThey did fine until 2/when wind blew one partially offThey reinstalled for $It became disconnected again 4/They reinstalled at no chargeIt became disconnected again 6/I sent pictures and emails to one of their repsHe responded to a couple with requests for pictures etc but then just quit respondingI called the companyA second rep talked to me by phoneHe basically indicated they weren't going to do anything unless I paid them furtherCurrently one of the metal supports is pulled out of socket and one of the screws attaching the awning is about 1/way out of the wall to which is anchoredI am going to find another awning company to get this repaired and correctly installed and have decided not to deal in the future with Cain AwningJust wanted to share my experience with the public
