also signed off as fixed earlier by mistake. The problem involved a connection of our work and an earlier roof job on an addition, to repair the job properly we removed some of their work as well and corrected the problem. The other company used flashing that we connected to that was not sufficient but we should caught his mistake. We fixed the area that leaked and the other area that would have probable leaked later.

Although I agree with the eventual repair as described, I was forced to contact Cain Roofing 11 times in order to get final resolution. On several occasions, I was given assurance that a repair crew was coming only to find no one showing up for days. I will reserve judgement on the success of the final repair until we receive a heavy sustained rainfall.
