Caine's Auto Body & Towing LLC, HWY South , Oxford, MS I am responding to this complaint that a Mr [redacted] made on 3/5/about his vehicle that was towed by our business He is correct about the vehicle being towed and at the time it was towed we stated we could do repairs also, but due to the other vehicles we had in our shop in front of his, I could not get to his vehicle in a timely manner I called our local repair service ( [redacted] 's) He is a well know mechanic in OxfordWe also use him for some things we cannot get to or when we need to refer someone I am sorry that his vehicle was over looked on our lot ,there is no way I can express how embarrassing this wasI am in the wrong for this I can understand him being upset I would have been tooThe towing fee we charge our customers' was not charged to him I told him that there was NO CHARGE since it was our faultDue to the $ [redacted] TOW BILL being deducted with no charge for our services, I feel it is unfair to request for a full refund as he stated he would still have to pay for a rental due to the repairs being made on his vehicle I try to conduct business fair as possibleI am very sorry for his inconveience [redacted] DBA Caine's Auto Body & Towing

]We did not lie about repairsWe have been trying to fix her vehicleThis vehicle came in after it was declared a total lossThe insurance the said it was not a total lossWe had problems finding used parts for vehicle which is all the insurance would pay for, which held us upThe car is being
repaired and we will contact her when the vehicle is complete

They are not a Revdex.com accredited business for a reason The workmanship is unreliable, they do not honor their quotes and repeatedly asked for payment before the work had been completed The single most frustrating experience ever!!!
