We came out the first time and did not find an issue with the unit When we went on the 5th we gave a quote to replace the blower motor and the home owner refused repair at this time There was no charge for this trip The home owner now wants to repair the system, and this would make three trips since the repair was refused the last time we were there. We will call home owner and get repair taken care so the home and family have heat

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The statement that I have provided no evidence or proof is completely as the warranty manager for [redacted] homes can attest A suction test has been completed on my home and I was informed that the required airflow is not being achieved I have also requested historical information from Cair in reference to the load calculation that was performed by their company on my property before the size of the unit and duct size could be determined which they refuse to provide I believe this is my legal right to information on the products used within my home and how they were selected by "industry professionals." We have already had another HVAC company come out to perform work as our builder has decided not to go through Cair any longer Please have Cair check their references before making claims as I know of others in this same neighborhood who have made complaints on their systems and sizing and been afforded better treatment then I am currently receiving from them Regards, [redacted]

Mr [redacted] has shown no evidence or proof that there is anything wrong with his systemHis builder stated that they've checked the system out too and they've found nothing wrongIn addition, Mr [redacted] is out of warranty with Cair Heating and Cooling LLC

We came out the first day to install the system The son who was at the house left and locked the door behind him We waited over an hour minutes for someone to come let us back in and that never happened We had to come back another day and finish up the job We did have to
make another trip to the home to fix something that was not right from the manufacture Unit was working at that time
The changing of the filter is a standard requirement for all systems A standard filter is good for only days If that filter is not changed it will lead to the system starving for air and not working
We will remove the $service call fee from the record We will also come out in the winter to do a safety and cleaning check on the furnace to ensure everything is working properly
We are sorry for any inconvenance

This is the first that I am hearing of this issue but there are some issues with this claim The unit was install four years ago (installed @ 7/11/12) This unit is a 410A system If the system was over charged per the claim the unit would have never worked right This would
have been an issue from day one which we have not had a service call at this home since date of installation We installed a new hvac system but duct work was not part of the job that was quoted and accepted by home owner This system had a year labor warranty which has lapsed We are not sure what the other company was trying to sell on this but the term drum or hub on the system is not something that pretains to this system. This home is out of warranty and the home owner never called with any concerns on this system in four years If we would have received a call we would try to help how we could have

We have addressed this with the manufacture and they did not want to cover the cost WE ended up covering the entire amount for the home owner We are sorry for any inconvience Home owner stated the unit is work and is working better then before

We came out the first time and did not find an issue with the unit.  When we went on the 5th we gave a quote to replace the blower motor and the home owner refused repair at this time.  There was no charge for this trip.  The home owner now wants to repair the system, and this would...

make three trips since the repair was refused the last time we were there. We will call home owner and get repair taken care so the home and family have heat.

We have tried to talk to home owner numerous times on this issue.  There is nothing wrong with the unit.  We have had a manufacture rep review the unit also and made any and all changes they wanted.  The unit is working per specifications.  The issue with the home is there are...

numerous holes in the duct work in the basement which is pulling in cold air from the basement and is making the temps on the return air not match up with what it should be.  When we were last out there we pointed this out and how the unit had a 6 degree temp diffarence from the return air side.  We have offered to fix this free of charge and have not been able to address this issue even though it has nothing to do with the system that was purchased.  The duct work was installed when the house was first done.

Mr. [redacted] has shown no evidence or proof that there is anything wrong with his system. His builder stated that they've checked the system out too and they've found nothing wrong. In addition, Mr. [redacted] is out of warranty with Cair Heating and Cooling LLC.

reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The statement that I have provided no evidence or proof is completely false as the warranty manager for [redacted] homes can attest.  A suction test has been completed on my home and I was informed that the required airflow is not being achieved.  I have also requested historical information from Cair in reference to the load calculation that was performed by their company on my property before the size of the unit and duct size could be determined which they refuse to provide.  I believe this is my legal right to information on the products used within my home and how they were selected by "industry professionals."  We have already had another HVAC company come out to perform work as our builder has decided not to go through Cair any longer.  Please have Cair check their references before making false claims as I know of others in this same neighborhood who have made complaints on their systems and sizing and been afforded better treatment then I am currently receiving from them.
