I ordered several full size samples of the product to test for quality because it was an unknown product to me The samples arrived fine I then proceeded to place a larger order Of the product that arrived less than 10% was usable because of substantial warping of the product The product is a tile that is adhered to the wall, the warping prevented it from attaching to the wall I contacted the merchant and I was told this was a defect and there was nothing they would do

Placed an order online thinking I was purchasing wood planks, soon found out I had purchased "wood like" planks that were vinyl I contacted customer service by email and telephone, but order shipped before anyone returned my messages Getting in touch with someone is impossible; calls always go to voicemail and no one returns my calls Emails rarely get a response and when they do it's several days later Not impressed with customer service Since the order shipped before anyone got back to me I have been asking for an exception so I can return the items and place a new order (more expensive order) for the real wood planks I've been told there are no exceptions I am being told I am being charged for return shipping and the original FREE shipping How can I be charge original FREE shipping when it was FREE?!?
