At this time, I have not been contacted by Cajun Energy Solutions regarding complaint ID 12664062.I was
able to find via the internet the distributors to Cajun Energy Solutions, they did not hear back from them either to help me. They gave me a phone number to call and get refills for my machine. Which I have done. But, I still do not like the business practice of this company and would really like to keep someone else from getting this type of treatment in the futureI am still missing my warranty on this machine and a key to open the box
