I called drysteam to clean my airducts.They came highly recommended from my neighbor, and when I looked at their profile with the Revdex.com I felt confident that I chose the right companyFrom beginning to end this was a pleasant and educational experienceI have never gotten my air ducts cleaned in my ten year old houseWhen I called the office the receptionist was very sweet and explained the process of direct contact air duct cleaning which is a more thorough cleaning versus negative air cleaning, and when I compared total costs of this service with other companysDrysteam was significantly more affordableThe technician who came out was very knowledgable and answered my many questions as well as showed me all the debris that came out of my duct systemI even got a whole house fogging anti-allergen treatment which must have worked because I dont have the stuffiness or wake up coughing and I have not even had to take my allergy medicationAll in all I am very pleased with the services

We have used various companies in past without quality resultsHowever Dry Steam exceeded out expectations, with their expertise, courtesy and professionalismWe could not believe the results of out carpets after they driedDry Steam consider our family your family
On July 30, I contacted Dry Stem to assist with flooding in my *** Mother's home; it had been raining most of theafternoon and was still raining quite hard Dry Stem came to her house, identifying that the basement carpet was saturated, drywall was wet and thought there might be mold I asked that they retract the water, find the source and apply a mold treatment Dry Steam also suggested that they remove a x area of the drywall to look for mold for a fee of $3000.00, I declined the removal of the drywall I left the house for an hour, came back and they were gone, the basement was still flooded I immediately contacted Dry Steam to come back and complete the job, they said they could not, although they advertise as a 24/serviceBecause it was still raining and water was visibly coming into the basement, I had to get someone else to come that evening to stop the flooding and extract the water
The next morning I receieved a call from Dry Steam stating they had an appointment with me that morning, even though we had not scheduled any additional appointments I told the Service Person that I no longer required their services as I could not have waited until the next day or the entire basement would have been flooded I had already called someone else and had the issue resolved last night after they left and told me they couldn't come back At this time, I informed the Service Person that I had stopped payment on the check, the Service Person then proceeded to threaten me, said that they would put a lean on my Mother's home and take my *** Mother to court
After being threatened by the Service Person, I then called Dry Steam directly and asked to speak to the Owner, as the Owner was unavailable; I discussed the issue with the Office Manager that answered the phone I told her that I stopped payment on the check, but was willing to at least pay the Service Charge as they did come out to my Mother's home I also told her about the phone conversatoin that I just had with the Service Person and that I did not appreciate being threatened The Service Manager said she would speak to the Owner and get back to me, I never received a call back
In summary, I stopped payment on the check due to incomplete work The carpet was in standing water, water was coming out of the electrical outlet and they didn't bother to turn off the breaker They identified where the water was coming from but did not stop it As stated, the agreed upon work was not done, I did, in good faith, call Dry Steam asking to speak to the Owner and offered to pay for the service call, as they did come to the house, but they did not do what they said the would to earn the full fee I never received a return call, but did receive a Summons for my Mother and I appear in Small Claims Court
I got my air ducts cleaned yesterday and what a differenceThe tech was so helpful and hardworkingHe even applied a anti-allergenWow, I can breath so much betterI'm going to have them clean my carpets next month and recommend them to all my friends
Dry Steam dud a fantastic job on my carpets! I have white carpet and many people who come in and out of my house each dayI run a business out of my home so you could only imagine how many people walk through and on my carpets! They recommended a heavy traffic treatment and I was very hesitant on paying for it, but I went ahead and agreed to itThe gentleman was very polite on explaining why he recommended the treatment and what the results would beI was very pleased with the results, especially because I never got the treatment previously! I would highly recommend Dry Steam to anyone who is looking for a decent price with FANTASTIC results! Not to mention they cleaned my carpets at a.m and they were completely DRY by p.m when I got home from work! I will definitely be using them every time in the future!

I found a Dry Steam from advertisement/coupon sent to me in the mail and decided to give them a shot. The Technician showed up on time and seemed professional and courteous. But by the time he left my house my carpets were soaked and my house smelled like chemicals/shampoo for a good 48 hours and took a at least 2 days to dry. Even as I write this my carpets still smell like shampoo and are damp. Also there were some spots in the carpet that I felt were not tough stains and were still there after the cleaning. At first I thought it was the wet carpet but could tell that there were large patches that looked like they were not cleaned thoroughly. So I called them and lodged a complaint and let them know I was not happy with my cleaning any my carpets were still wet. The customer service rep assured me that they would take care of it and she would get with their quality control and get back to me. The rest of the day passes and I call them at the end of the day to check because I had not heard anything, and all of a sudden start getting push back from the Customer Service rep that I did not upgrade to certain types of treatments and my house may have special needs that a standard cleaning wont handle. I said ok, I can understand that but it still does not take care of the wet carpets I have and the strong shampoo/chemical smell in my house. The Customer Service rep then assured me their Quality Control rep would be at my house the next day to take a look at 9:00am. Well that person never showed up and I was furious that they did not follow through with their word as promised without a single phone call. I wound not recommend Dry Steam and will never be using them again.
After many years of foot traffic, I decided it was time to finally get my carpets cleaned. I looked on Revdex.com for a good company and Dry Steam was the first to pop up with an A+ rating. I decided to give them a shot and I was extremely pleased with the professional and courteous service I received! my carpets are spotless and I couldn't have asked for a better job to be done. The gentleman was very knowledgable and explained every step to us. He provided us with tips to help keep the carpet looking good and even provided us with a complimentary spot cleaner for "accidents" that my pets gracefully provide us with. I feel the price was very fair, and I got a better deal than 2 other companies that I got quotes from earlier this year.
This service was done yesterday, and today I figured I would shoot them a positive review on yelp. Much to my surprise, there are a few 1 star reviews on here and I don't feel like I experienced any of those negative things. I want to assure people that this is a great business from my experience, and I would hope that the negative reviews on here don't discourage anyone from missing out on the great service that I received.
Some of the complaints I seen on here refer to their carpets being wet far longer than the tech told them they would. I checked my carpet today and it's honestly completely dry. I didn't really check, but my brother says they were dry 3 hours after he left.
