To Whom it may concern,On or about March 8'\ 2016, a very angry and aggressive man approached us demanding arefund on socks that he had worn previouslyBecause this is a sanitary issue, we are unable to takeback merchandise that has been wornAt the time of purchase he was made aware of this, as
are all ofour customersWe apologized for any inconvenience this may have caused him and noticing howunhappy he was we offered to replace them with new socks of his choiceHe loudly exclaimed that"Why would he want defective socks!" We pointed out that our products are not defective and we didn'thave to replace them at all but we were trying to make him happyHe refused to hear anything we weresaying and he refused to let us replace the original products for himAgain, because of our policy, anddue to sanitary issues, we cannot take back socks that have been wornOur policy is in place for apurpose, not only does it protect us, but also protects customers, knowing that they are getting a newpair of socks that no other foot has been in, therefore preventing the spreading of foot fungus, and orbacterial infection.Thank you,
