Miss *** called and made a complaint I told her our policy is return the product it is written on the counter along with check your cake before you leave for any changes
Miss ***s Mother picked up the cake paid for the cake said how beautiful it was .Iced light gray silver crystal ribbons around for ohio state at no time did Amy ask for a sample of red velvet as all recipes are different our red velvet is made with a choc base its red but not bright red.I assumed she had our red velvet as her Mother is in all the time for cupcakes I did not make any excuses I was trouble shooting with out seeing the product or what she was talking about I can not give a full refund with out seeing the product and that is common practice with any return in any store .Miss ***s Mother picked up the gift certificate and also got cupcakes no charge with the gift certificate .Miss ***s Mother excepted and used part of the gift certificate also was the person that paid for the cake.A business can not be expected to refund in full for something we did not receive back or even allowed a chance to see the product .I gave a gift certicicate sight unseen if an issue existed or to the extent

Business response taken over the phone on 3/24/by Revdex.com staff (**) Kitty M*** alleges Mr*** runs a non-profit organization *** *** ** *** *** ***Her business was contacted by the complainant to decorate for a fund raiser given on behalf of Mr***The business
donated over $worth of baskets and miscellaneous items for Mr*** eventThe foundation was suppose to provide a check the day of the even for half the amount of the donations which would have been approximately $1,500.00. Upon time to pay, the business was given the run around and to date has not received a receipt for the donations or a payment. MsM*** contends she and her staff have been nothing but professional and pleasant while working with Mr*** and has no idea why he alleges he was attacked with racial slurs. The business has contacted the IRS and filed a complaint against Mr*** and his foundation

The business  donated over $3000.00 worth of baskets and miscellaneous items for Mr. [redacted] event. she used the gift certificate to get a cake for her grandsons birthday I assume it was this young lady's little boy . So I guess my cakes are not as she says . I am sorry this young Lady did not return the product to get a full refund but that is the policy  . I do not know what she is talking about threads as she did not show me anything or take any pictures.
I did refund a partial refund in gift certificate form all I can do with out knowing for sure what she is talking about.But as for her not using the gift certificate they did as for not getting our cake again thats not true they did 
So how can I believe anything she is saying .Kitty
