In the interests of customer relations, we waived any profits on this unit, and we gave him large discounts on some helmets and other accessories. Our transaction and our bill of sale were completely transparent. It is clearly stated on the bill of sale what he purchased, and what he paid. One of the disclaimers on the bill of sale clearly states that the unit is used and sold "as is no warranty".
