Review: The company does not have any kind of customer service, and stole my money

I completed the drivers education course provided by this business. I ordered the certificate of completion that was to be sent out and delivered in 5-8 business days. I have been waiting over a month with no sign of a certificate coming. I have called the business' main office multiple times and they do not answer the phone. the payments have gone through to the bank without a problem, and I still dont have my certificate. this has prevented me from getting my permit to drive, which I need in order to help take care of my family.Desired Settlement: I want my money baqck and my certificate of completion.

The students certificate was sent out via US mail on 10/28/13. It was returned by the post office 11/7/13 for insufficient address. I sent an email to the student at: [redacted]@yahoo.com. That was the email the student provided. There was no phone number provided. When he filled out his information, there was no apartment number entered in the address. The students fill in their own address where they would like the certificate mailed. I would not have known about the apartment number had I not received it with your complaint. I have pdf images of the returned mail envelope and the email I sent to the student on 11/7/13. The student never responded to the email to give us the correct address. If you would like these images, please let me know where to send them. I will resend the certificate today, in a larger envelope so the student has verification that it was sent and returned. Also, on our voicemail, it does state for a quicker response to please send an email. I didn't receive any messages left from the student. I never received any emails.

Review: My 15 year old daughter took a online "Driver Trainning Class" for $10. When we opened the letter from the company there was no doc 4 DMV Now they $25

My 15 year old daughter took an online "Driver Training Class" for $10. When we opened the letter from CAL-Driver-Ed.com (Pacific High School) that should have had the certificate needed for the DMV it was not in the envelope. They will not return my calls and they want me to pay another $25 dollars for the certificate that was never sent. Desired Settlement: They need to provide my 15 year old daughter the certificate that is need by the DMV so she can get her learners permit.

They sent the item I paied for.

Review: Pacific High School/Cal-Driver-Ed.com advertises that upon completing and passing their course, students will earn 2.5 high school credits. They sent a very poor quality photo copied letter with their "report card" printed at the bottom of it along with the promised certificate and DMV paperwork upon my daughter's completion. However, my daughter's school will not accept the photo copied "report card". They have asked that Pacific High School/Cal-Driver-Ed.com simply fax or email them the 2.5 credit information directly.I have called the phone number listed on their web-site and left a message 3 times, the number listed here on the Revdex.com web-site 1 time and emailed them using their on-line "contact us" link 4 times. They will not respond! Very upsetting. My daughter did the work and deserves to get her credits be reflected on her transcripts.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a phone call or email immediately so I can forward my daughter's school counselor's information to them. I would then like Pacific High School/Cal-Driver-Ed.com to contact my daughter's school counselor directly and forward the information needed to give my daughter the credits she's earned.

Dear [redacted], I do apologize as I didn't receive or respond to your requests in a timely manner. I would like to offer not only to send the school whatever information they need directly to them, but, also to refund your tuition of $9.75. Please send me the information on how to get ahold of the appropriate person at your daughters school and all of the school information. I will get this taken care of right away. Thank you, [redacted] ###-###-#### Fax ###-###-####
