Cal Expo Towing & Repair

This is not a good company to do business with, the driver took over an hour to get to me, they gave him the wrong directions I had to explain in multiple phone calls where I was located. When he FINALLY got there he told me he couldn't tow my vehicle because the way it was parked, I told him all he had to do was turn his tow truck around and back up. Instead of attempting to do his JOB, he told me I would have to call them back once I moved the car (which I couldn't do with two busted tires) or call a different company, because (& I quote) "its the end of the day, I'm not dealing with this, find someone else". I called this company back to complain about their employee and the guy who answered the phone cut me off, was VERY rude and defensive and also told me to find someone else. I will never do business with them again and if you're thinking about it good luck I hope your experience is much better and not a waste of your time like it was mine!
