Bought a light from Cal Lighting, which we thought would be greatGot it home, opened the box, and realized we weere missing plastic washers, which are used to secure the glass to the frameCalled Cal Lighting - told me they could not deal directly with a customer to replace the washers and I needed to contact the sellerVery poor serviceThis is a $light and they are can’t “deal directly with a customer” for a cent item?
