SCAM ALERT Wenker C***
Talked to Wenker C*** on the phone about repairing my DRILL PRESS Servo Power Unit
He said to ship it to him and he will see if it can be repaired and will provide me with a quote
Thursday 11/**/@ 9:28am Wenker C*** signed for the package
Wenker C*** never called back with a quote so I had to contact him
When I finally reached him he said he had't gotten around to it
I called him a few days later and he STILL had not gotten around to looking at my unit
so I called him a few days later and he said that the unit was too old and "goofed up" and was unrepairable
I asked him to send MY unit back to me and he agreed
Wenker C*** said he has a rebuilt unit that he would sell me for $and would ship it out with my original unit on Tuesday 11/**/
Its been a month 12/**/and Wenker C*** won't answer or return my calls
I still have not received my unit back in the mail
No money was exchanged YET minus the cost of shipping

Sent drill press in for simple repair Never received a promised quote then was ignored & promised completion of job that was to only take one hour that ended up taking a month and a half I finally received the press back and it was damaged in shipping He initially wanted me to pay for damage as he didn't insure the package After talking he agreed to cover it and assured me if I used him again there would be honest communication and expedited repair Well, we are now and a half months (additional) down the road and I still don't have my press back I've been avoided, told to be patient so he can work on it and lied to over & over that it would ship the next day I've been without this needed equipment for months!!!
I just want my drill press back soon and in good working order and mostly want to strongly warn anyone considering using this business to go somewhere else
This has been the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had
