The office was great about keeping me updated regarding all portions of the process. Their roofers were very nice and were great about cleaning up all issues. The site supervisor was great about making sure that everything went okay. I highly recommend.

Great roof-great owner-from start to finish Cal-Pro Roofing was excellent. Since we have dealt with his company three times in the past, we didn't even bother to get any other estimates as their work is superlative. We had our sunroom made by them eight years ago, as well as two jobs on our roof over the years. The owner George is very nice, honest, and down to earth. The workers came right on time, earlier than the estimated wait we had expected (due to inclement weather finally passing). The roof was a very large project as it also entailed a garage and shed to complete. In two days the job was done! The workers cleaned up so well no no one would believe any work was done at that site. It was notable that a lot of attention to detail was made. We now have a beautiful looking new roof. As most every homeowner is aware, roofing companies span the entire spectrum of quality from very good to very poor. One often doesn't know which until the company has left and the future problems start to occur.

Bad company, the crew left the gates open, threw garbage in trees, did not reinforce sattalite, broke the AC drain line, the water line was also broken, and lastly nails were left in the street. The work was not completed, now the owner or crew leader failed to fullfil commitment. They were supposed to come back last Saturday to repair what they replaced. For some reason, no call no show

It was a good experience working with CalPro to replace my roof. The team was very professional from beginning to end, taking the time to explain the work that would be done and even recommending ways that would help the heat vent from the attic.

Once the old materials were torn off it was discovered that the roof was in worse shape than anticipated, and therefore needed more work and materials. Jorge was very thorough in explaining the situation, discussing the options and working with me on the costs. We were able to settle on a deal that I feel was fair for both sides, and the end result is I have a better quality roof now than what it was before they started.

The crew is very hard working, thorough, and pleasant to work with. When the job was completed they took the extra time to walk the property and make sure all the debris was collected and removed, right down to the roller magnet to make sure any hardware was removed.

I am very pleased with my roof and the job that CalPro did, and would recommend them to anyone that needs roof work done.

From beginning to end, every aspect of getting our roof fixed was excellent. luis was pleasant when taking my calls. He was prompt, clear and thorough and offered options which was greatly appreciated, and, there was no pressure to choose one option over the other.
The on-site supervisor George was prompt and professional and pleasant to communicate with. The roofers were also prompt, thorough and took appropriate precautions to keep the area free of debris, and completely cleaned up the surrounding area at the project completion. Finally, payment was simple and contained no surprises outside the original estimate and scope of work!

I was very pleased with the job they did. I have not had to replace a roof before. The greatly appreciated the way they assisted me with interfacing with my insurance and the insurance’s estimator. The roof looks great and they even managed to complete the replacement in one day!

I called Cal-Pro Roofing for a roof leak and they were out the next day. Jose reviewed all the work that needed to be done in addition to repairing our shingle roof. He delivered a bid via email a few days later for the roof repair and the repairs inside the house as well. Work was scheduled to our calendar, roof and interior walls were repaired, wall and ceiling painted, end of story. Solid bid, solid work, very pleased.

I was told a day they were to do my roof and no one showed up. I was told their system was down and a manager would call me. There is no manager or computer system. They are supposed to be here today, the day after they were supposed to be here initially. They are still not here nor answering the phone. I paid for half of my roof up front. No roof or call. It's very unprofessional.

Cal-Pro just finished replacing the shingles on my storm damaged roof. Large roof with two layers of shingles, it was done in 2-1/2 days. The crew was very diligent, covered the pool with a tarp as well as golfing green, trees and bushes. I could not be more pleased. They showed up bright and early every day. Had their radio on the roof turned to their favorite latin station and sang along with the music. It was a joy listening to a happy crew. I will certainly recommend Cal-Pro to anyone needing roof replacement or repair.

CalPro definitely goes Above and Beyond. I had three different roofing companies working with the insurance and they all got denied. Steve came and did a full report and was approved less than a week! Thank you!!!

In March 2018 CalPro Roofing LLC completed a total tear off and shingle replacement on a duplex of which I am the owner of half the building at ***.

At my home the shingle selection was done my myself and my roof-mate, we selected a product of ***. At that time we were told that CalPro Roofing LLC was certified by *** (the shingle manufacturer) and that would allow a 30 year complete warranty on the product that was being purchased and installed.

When I paid CalPro Roofing LLC the final payment I requested the Warranty on the roof and was told it would be sent to me in the mail within a week. My payment was presented to the CalPro Representative on 4/13/18 and was cleared by my bank on 4/16/18. CalPro LLC, at that point, was paid in full for the job.

I waited two weeks before I called the sales rep to inquire about the Warranty paperwork that I had not received. He stated he would take care of it and advise me. That never happened. To date I have not received any paperwork or advise regarding the receipt of the Warranty on my roof. Monday 5/14/18 I called again and was told he would deliver the paperwork the following morning (Tuesday 5/15/18). I called him around 11:30am to ask where he was and was told he would be at my residence by 1:00pm that day. At 2:30pm I called him again and he said he was stuck in traffic but would be there shortly. He never showed up at my home and I have never received the Warranty for my roof as promised.

I found out verbally who manufactured the shingles that were put on my roof and contacted them to inquired if CalPro Roofing LLC was certified as they stated they were and how I could get Warranty paperwork. I learned that CalPro Roofing LLC is not certified by them and have not been since 11/2017. Therefore, the Warranty is not valid as promised by the representative of CalPro Roofing LLC .

The state wide representative for ***. Actually came to my house to help with this matter although his hands are tied because CalPro Roofing LLC is not certified by *** and he cannot offer the 100% Warranty I was expecting , based on what was presented to me by CalPro Roofing LLC. While sitting at my table, the *** statewide rep called the CalPro Roofing representative and told him that the manufacturer was involved now and that he expected CalPro Roofing LLC to provide a written explanation as to the name of the shingle we purchased and who the manufacturer was, along with information on the warranty on the shingles, as well as the written workmanship warranty they are required by Arizona law to provide to us. They agreed to provide this but I have not received a call back to let me know that this will happen and be delivered to me and my roof mate in a timely manner.

I do not like to be lied to and resent the disrespectful manner in which CalPro Roofing LLC is handling this issue for my roof mate and me.

CalPro Roofing was contracted to replace breezeway roof. When doing so they did major, major structural damage to my existing roof pan, ceiling, and rubber roofing has to come off that they placed because it is not to code. Roof material has to come off to replace the roof pan that they BROKE. Took value away from home . Did not do the job right, did more damage than original costs of the roof.
