state reimbursement qualifications.    2. The steel baskets that the recycling is weighed on are all inspected to meet the tare weight to balance on the scales daily.   3. All our scales are current and always inspected by weight & measured.   4. When the attendant is buying the recycling the weights are visible & its  company procedure to vocally sound off the weight of each baskets so the customer has the ability to hear or write them down if they choose so.   5. After every transaction every customer gets a copy of the signed receipt by them, if they choose to despuit the weights it can be rectified there.   6. We have a live 24/7 customer service line for our customers posted on our facilities & an email they can reach management on as well..   7. I did call & talk to the customer regarding the issue on 12/6/17 @ 9:00. I would compensate him the deference in question.
