off. $500 a month creates a hardship for me and is excessive for such a small loan. Also, there has been no clarification as to where to make the payments. The payments were previously walked in but the last time a payment was walked in the clerk at the counter would not accept it stating that the account was in collections. No communication has been received as to where to make the payments. I am requesting the ability to walk payments in which I can continue to do immediately.
