I've had such a great experience with this moving company they have great prices and quality service, movers were polite and worked very quickly I definitely reccomend their services for anyone in the IE

Took men hours to move a bdrm apt to a bdrm house less than miles away Items that were in my apartment never made it to the new house Such items include 1k diamond ring, tools, kitchen wares, garden hose, items from drawers Owner has not given satisfactory dispute over supposedly lost items Owner has refused to provide me with his CalifTaxpayers Business licenseThe bid for move was $ Owner wanted $1,at settlement time I told my daughter to call the police We settled on < Latter an amount was arrived for the owner to credit back my credit card for the settled amount for so called lost items He never did I highly recommend you do not do business with this company

This so called company is NOT A PROFESSIONAL MOVING COMPANY The only thing they did right was show up on timeThey did not know how to us a dolly They used it backwards so every time they went over the threshold they launched the dolly in the air and landed itNever mind that the box says "Fragile" They did not use any blankets, shirk wrap or anything to protect my furniture The first issue was when *** (the owner) dropped the pedestal off my TV and damaged it He pretended like it didn't happen but my son saw him drop it I asked what was his plan to compensate me for the damage His answer was (I pay cents a poundNot sure what the hell that meant but after discussion *** was not prepared to replace or otherwise anything they damage or break After painfully watching *** crawl like a snail after all boxes were loaded and it came to furniture *** made one trip at a time while the other guy was in the truck organizing DAVID LIKES TO MILK IT SO HE CAN EXCEED WHAT HE QUOTED (TYPICAL HOURS) After we finished packing one house and ready to move on to the new *** and his co-worker got lost for over an hour (sarcasm) Of course he wanted me to pay for his hour when I got there is minMILK N IT!!!! I told him I will not pay for his trip or the time he wasted moving one item at a time Once at the new house *** and his co-worker moved in the appliances first Washer and dryer made it but the very expensive refrigerator did not They did not secure the cord and rolled over it smashed it beyond use *** was insistent on plugging it in to see if the plug still worked The was no longer a third prong (the ground) and the others were twisted and mutilated My son and *** got into a verbal argument about how he can not plug it in and if he wouldn't take responsibility for the damage so far, he definitely would not replace my frig We had to ask him to get out of our house *** then calls Why? I have no ideaIn the end of this very horrific day, ***'s co-worker (great worker) unloaded all the boxes and furniture on his own while *** cried like a baby girl and refused to help My son and I had to bring everything in ourselves *** is an *** and should be run out of business DO NOT GIVE THIS GUYS YOUR BUSINESS EVEN IF THE PRICE IS RIGHT HE WILL QUOTE YOU, BUT WHEN YOU GET TO YOU NEW DESTINATION HE WILL WANT YOU TO PAY BEFORE HE UNLOADSHE WILL ADD HOURS ON TO YOUR QUOTE WHERE YOUR PAYING $PLUS

Over charged for moving a single year old lady Company pay employees under the table(no taxes)A maybe hour move mile down the street, they were trying to charge hours and gas There was no contract signedThen on the phone was told she had to pay $1,or he treated to take all her stuff back on the moving truck ( breathing machine, medical chair, port-a-potty, etc.)
