Regards,*** *** I never yelled at anyone I spoke to the realtor that was helping us with the purchase of this home just recently and she was not aware of any of these issues being brought up I was wrongfully terminated from my position at the college and am fighting it as we speakAs for my rental pymt history with the other landlord - we paid and the house was still foreclosed on - what does that say? The day we were supposed to move in I stopped by the house to find out what was really going on and the workers were told that we were moving in that day and they needed to be done by pm - when I told them he terminated the contract the day before due to termites I was told that they were not aware of the termination of the contact and was told that HE would live there- that it was NOT unimhabitable The realtor also agreed that this was wrong and she had never heard of a contract being cancelled due to termites! we did find a place to live with no help from anyone there - it was all us! I told him and the realtor they should help us since they knew we were expected out of our current house days later and I was told they owed us nothing!! Of course I took our check back - I pleaded for two days for him to reconsider and he would not - we needed that check to move onAnd again that was not a required deposit - we gave that to him in good faith do he knew we weren't going to back out and leave him in a bad spot but he didn't care enough to give is the same considerationWe loved that house and wanted to OWN A home and he took our dream away less than hours before we were to move in and then lied about whyHe is immoral and unethical in his methods I gave him plenty of opportunity to tell me the truth and had he asked me about our payment history I would have told him anything he wanted to know but we never got a chance to defend ourselves now we are stuck renting

We determined that the property was not habitableWe were also informed (after learning of the termites), by contractors that she had yelled/complained to them which caused us to re-check her application as this was not the type of demeanor to be expected from a potential clientWe then determined that she had not stated the truth on her application and was and was unemployedThe most telling part was that she had been "fired" (not laid off) from her job with "No possibility of re-employment"When we asked for further explanation, her former employer stated that there was again, "No possibility, whatsoever of re-employment"Her rental history was also checked and we found additional discrepancies with where she was living at the time At this time, we returned her deposit moneyThe deposit stated that it was a "refund" for the property that she was not moving intoThe realtor handling the assignment was to have assisted her in finding another place in Killeen. Actions we can / Can not take:Cal- Tex Property Management has taken the necessary steps by providing *** *** with her deposit backShe has willfully accepted this as is evidenced by her accepting the check and depositing itWe have been told that *** *** has found another place to liveWe ask that she accept our apology for not being able to provide this property for herWe cannot take any further action other than our apology for not being able to provide this property for her

I am rejecting this response because we offered to take care of the termite problem and only involved the police when he changed the locks on the house He is taking the word of a property manager that we dealt with who worked for a man that had our house foreclosed on and not for nonpayment by isThe deposit he is speaking of was a good faith pymt made by us weeks prior to our move in date so that he knew we were serious about taking possession of the house, it was not required by himAlso he never helped us find a house - I asked and he refused to help usYes I lost my job at the College and was wrongfully terminated and am still fighting that issue but have found a much better paying job nowThe only thing I signed was a copy of the returned check - not admitting I understood any of this - I still don't understand - the house is ready for move in and has been for a while now - once he knew we found a place he continued to prepare the house for new tenants - the termites were never an issue since we have a contract with terminex and agreed to pay for that - he's not only an immoral man he is a liarHis whole response is lies

Please take this off your Revdex.com.com website notes. The lady, [redacted], that complained, was not able to move into the property due to it not being ready and not being in rentable condition due to termites etc. After she began calling the police and harrassing us, we then determined...

that she had lied on her application and was unemployed and had been fired from her previous job with "No Possibility of Re-employment" according to the government agency where she worked. Her rental history was not accurate as well. We returned all her deposit money and she signed a document stating that she understood she would not be able to move into the unit.
