I am rejecting this response because:I no longer believe that my car will be fixed by this business!! I lost my trust and I lost lots of time and has going back and forth !! I will I'll be very happy if I can get my refund! So I can get that money and fix my back brakes and rotors at the dealer!!he can deposit it! into my [redacted] account # [redacted] ***

I am more than willing to provide the customer with new rear rotors and brake pads as he is requestingAs I mentioned to the customer my work is guaranteed if he brings the vehicle to me I will fix the car, customer satisfaction is important to me and I would like to resolve this matter in a fair
