Calabruzzo Property Management

Armando is a paralegal that set up this "shell" company so that he can deposit renters checks as well as collected rents for the buildings he claims to manage. He scams the property owners out of funds as he does for potential renters.
There needs to be a claim made with the Bronx District Attorneys office as this is criminal. He is a con artist. Do NOT trust him or give him any money.

Review: [redacted], of Calabruzzo Property Management, LLC was attempting to rent an apartment to myself and another party. On May *, prior to submitting an application, I transferred a security deposit in the amount of $1,680.00 into the Calabruzzo Property Management Account. Two weeks later, myself and the other party was denied from the apartment because of income reasons. For the greater part of a week, [redacted] made promises to deposit the $1,680.00 security deposit back in my account. Each day, [redacted] stated a different reason why he could not and on May **, [redacted] deposited a check into my account and forged my name on the endorsement, then on Wednesday May [redacted] the check bounced. [redacted] again stated that he would deposit the now $1,704.00 at 10am the very next day (Thursday the [redacted]) that money was not deposited and each day again [redacted] made promises to deposit the money in the amount of $1,704.00. It is now Tuesday June *,2014 and the money has still not been deposited into my account, and [redacted] claims his "lawyer" (collection agent) has the money available. When we called the agency they stated that they did not have the money.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] of Calabruzzo Property Management to return the security deposit minus the application fee as well as compensate me for the bounced check fees incurred as a result of his negligence.
